You may know me as the French celebrity TV chef, but that came after over 35 years in Kitchens around the world. I started as an apprentice in my father’s restaurant and shortly after progressed to a fine dining restaurant where I finished my apprenticeship.

I then headed to London and stayed for 6 years working in restaurants such as The Café Royal and Livebait.

Why am I telling you this? Because just like you, I am a chef who knows the importance of time, consistency and quality when you’re under the pump.

This is why I created the sauce, to put good food on Aussie’s plates and help chefs focus on whats important and not if the gravy was made correctly!
